Membership. Winexel membership renews automatically, monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel any time by logging into your account; cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. New and renewing members are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee; if you are not satisfied, email info@winexel.com within 30 days of your payment for a full refund.

Courses. Level 2 and Level 3 are sold separately from membership. You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as you have not completed any module of the course. Once you complete the first module, the course counts as used and is no longer refundable.

Members in the EU and UK. You have a statutory right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to start a course straight away and you complete a module within that period, you agree that this right no longer applies to that course. Your 30-day membership guarantee is unaffected.
